Exam paper
We had to prepare a synopsis that structures our knowledge and supports the oral exam. The project includes analysis, design process and storytelling, and we had to present both finished prototypes and digital renderings of jewelry or a collection. The exam consists of a written submission, an oral presentation and is assessed as a whole.
Danish
Architecture Center
DAC was founded in 1986. For more than 30 years it was located in Gammel Dok Pakhus in Christianshavn. In May 2018 DAC opened in one of the most talked about buildings in Copenhagen, BLOX, which is located in the heart of Copenhagen's cultural district. DAC works to engage more people in architecture through exhibitions that encourage people to reflect on the future and the solution to global challenges: “At DAC we believe that architecture can change the world and that architecture can be part of the solution to the challenges of the future according to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals”

Design Shop
DAC's Design Shop offers a carefully selected range of products related to the museum's exhibitions and values. The range ranges from architecture books and posters to gifts, with an emphasis on local production, sustainability and European standards.
BRAND ANALYSIS
To gain a deeper understanding of the Danish Architecture Center (DAC), I have prepared a brand brief, where I analyzed the center's vision, mission, competitors, target group and products. DAC's mission is to engage more people in the world of architecture through exhibitions, tours, learning and networking. To gain a clearer understanding of what the competitors do and what strengths DAC itself possesses, I have prepared a spidergram. In addition, I have used a SWOT analysis to identify what DAC does well, as well as which areas can be improved. This approach created a solid foundation for developing strategies that can further strengthen DAC.
